2. Personal data we process
- Identity data: first and last name
- Contact data: email address, phone number
- Professional data: company name, service of interest
- Request data: the content of messages sent via the contact form, email, phone or WhatsApp
- Security data: IP address, browser information, access logs
- Cookie data: usage data collected by analytics cookies only if you give consent
3. Purposes of processing
- Responding to your information, quote and discovery call requests
- Running proposal and contract processes, delivering services and providing support
- Keeping the website secure and preventing misuse
- Meeting legal obligations and informing competent authorities
- With your explicit consent, analysing and improving how the website is used
4. Legal grounds
We process your personal data on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) KVKK: it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract (c), it is necessary to comply with our legal obligations (ç), and it is necessary for our legitimate interests provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (f).
Analytics cookies and the data they collect are processed only with your explicit consent under Article 5(1) KVKK. You can withdraw your consent at any time.
5. How we collect data
Your personal data is collected when you provide it via our website contact form, email, phone, WhatsApp or in person, and partly by automated means through cookies and server logs when you visit our website.
6. Transfers
Limited to the purposes above, your personal data may be shared with our hosting, email and cloud service providers, with our solution partners where your project requires it, and with legally authorised public authorities.
Because some of our service providers host data abroad, such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 KVKK. Transfers abroad for analytics take place only with your explicit consent.
7. Retention
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted within 2 years at the latest.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 KVKK you may apply to the data controller to:
- Find out whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom data is transferred
- Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK
- Request that corrections, deletions and destructions be notified to third parties
- Object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis
- Claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing

You can submit requests about your rights by emailing [email protected], in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles for Applications to the Data Controller. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
