General
What services does fountr offer?
fountr mainly provides custom software development (order management/OMS, CRM, warehouse and barcode systems, workflow automation, integrations, web and mobile apps) and IT consulting & infrastructure. It also offers corporate web design, SEO/GEO, data analytics, digital marketing and AI solutions.
Where do you provide services?
We are based in Sakarya, Türkiye. We work on site in Sakarya and the Marmara region, remotely and on a project basis across Türkiye, and deliver projects remotely in English for companies abroad.
How long does a custom software project take?
It depends on scope. A module or MVP covering a single process usually takes 4–8 weeks; comprehensive systems such as OMS, CRM or warehouse management go live in 2–4 months. We share a clear timeline after the discovery call.
How is pricing done?
In a free discovery call we listen to your needs, then propose either a fixed-price quote with a defined scope or a monthly team model. There are no hidden costs; licence and hosting costs are listed separately in the proposal.
Off-the-shelf or custom software?
We recommend whatever fits best. If your processes are standard, customising an existing product is more economical. If your competitive edge lies in your processes, or you need to connect several systems, custom software pays off in the long run.
Do you provide support after the project?
Yes. We offer monthly support plans covering maintenance, updates, backups, security monitoring and new development, with priority response times for critical systems.
Software Development
Learn more →Why custom software instead of an off-the-shelf OMS/CRM?
Packages force you into their workflows and per-user licence costs grow with you. Custom software fits your processes exactly, integrates with your ERP and e-commerce systems, and you own the code. Where it makes sense, we also recommend customising an existing product.
Which hardware do warehouse and barcode systems use?
They work with Android handheld terminals, barcode scanners, label printers and tablets. We assess your existing hardware and recommend suitable devices if needed.
Who owns the source code?
All rights to the source code developed for your project are transferred to you on delivery.
How is pricing done?
After the discovery call we define the scope and offer either a fixed-price proposal or a monthly team model.
How can I follow progress during the project?
We demo a working version every two weeks and share all work transparently on a shared project board.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes. We offer monthly support packages for maintenance, updates and new features.
IT Consulting & Infrastructure
Learn more →What does IT consulting cover?
Analysis of your current systems and processes, IT budgeting and investment priorities, ERP/CRM and software selection, security and backup assessment, and an actionable digital transformation roadmap. We can also deliver the implementation.
Is consulting one-off or ongoing?
Both. You can start with a one-off assessment and roadmap, or get ongoing advice and support with a monthly “outsourced IT manager” model.
Who delivers the infrastructure services?
fountr manages the whole process, from assessment and design to installation, maintenance and support. You deal with a single point of contact.
Where do you provide on-site service?
We provide on-site service in Sakarya and surrounding provinces, and remote plus project-based on-site service across Türkiye.
Security & Alarm Systems
Learn more →How long are camera recordings kept?
We size storage according to camera count, resolution and recording settings. Typically 15–30 days; 90 days or more can be arranged when required.
Can I watch the cameras from my phone?
Yes. With the mobile app you can securely watch live and recorded footage and receive alarm notifications instantly.
Are fire alarm systems installed to regulations?
Yes. We design to Turkish fire protection regulations and the EN 54 standards, and hand over test and commissioning reports after installation.
Can you extend our existing system?
In most cases, yes. We review your existing camera, alarm and access systems during the survey, keep what is compatible and fill the gaps.
Is camera use compliant with data protection law?
We plan camera placement to avoid private areas and advise on notice signs and access rights to recordings in line with KVKK/GDPR.
Corporate Web Design
Learn more →How long does a corporate website take?
Depending on content readiness, corporate sites usually launch in 3–6 weeks and e-commerce sites in 6–10 weeks.
Can we update the site ourselves?
Yes. You get an admin panel to update text, images, blog posts and service pages without technical knowledge.
Can the site be multilingual?
Yes. We build a multilingual structure for Turkish, English and other languages that search engines understand correctly.
Data & Analytics
Learn more →Which systems can you pull data from?
We can connect to most sources including ERPs such as Logo, Mikro and SAP, CRMs, e-commerce platforms, Google and Meta ad accounts and spreadsheets.
Are there licence costs?
Depending on needs we recommend free (Looker Studio) or licensed (Power BI) tools and state costs clearly in the proposal.
SEO & GEO Services
Learn more →What is GEO and how is it different from SEO?
SEO aims for top positions in Google results. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) aims to have your brand cited as a source in AI answers from ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI Overviews. They work best together.
When do SEO results show?
Technical fixes show within weeks; content work typically shows clearly within 3–6 months.
Is the service monthly?
Yes. SEO and GEO are ongoing; we run planning, execution and reporting on monthly packages.
Digital Marketing & Brand
Learn more →Is the ad budget included in the fee?
No. The ad budget is spent directly from your account; our fee covers strategy, management and optimisation.
Is there a minimum term?
We recommend at least 3 months for reliable results; after that you can continue month to month.
AI Solutions
Learn more →How long does an AI project take to go live?
A pilot covering a single process usually goes live in 4–6 weeks, then expands to other processes based on results.
Is our data safe and privacy-compliant?
Yes. Depending on your needs we design architectures where data is processed in-country or entirely on your own servers, with access and logging rules aligned to KVKK/GDPR.
Which AI models do you use?
We choose between OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini and open-source models such as Llama based on the cost, speed and privacy needs of the job.
Is it suitable for small businesses?
Yes. You can start with a single job such as a WhatsApp chatbot or document automation and grow with your budget.
